Generally, I’ve always been able to find the bright side. There’s always something to look forward to, a goal I have to meet or a hobby that takes up my time. When I feel shitty, I know that it’s only a matter of time before it all swings around again. This too shall pass.
This year I’m avoiding art challenges. I still take screen shots of the lists, they’re great for inspiration for later designs, but they totally put me off my flow.
My one goal for this year is to sell a thing. Except not to a friend or family member. Which means instead of happily drawing and designing and posting things to social media, I must have a plan.
